**Athlete Development Lab** Athlete Development Lab is an interactive class designed to help young athletes build the movement skills that serve as the foundation for success in sports, recreation, and everyday play. Through a combination of education, demonstration, and hands-on activities, participants will learn the fundamentals of athletic movement in a fun, supportive environment. Rather than focusing on sport-specific drills, this class emphasizes the essential skills that all athletes rely on, including speed, agility, coordination, balance, body control, and efficient movement mechanics. Participants will learn simple exercises and practical strategies that can be incorporated into their regular activities, helping them move more confidently and perform at their best. Parents are encouraged to attend and participate in the learning process. Understanding how movement skills develop can help families better support their young athletes while avoiding unnecessary complexity, excessive training, or the misconception that children need highly specialized programs to improve.
